A Clear, Step-By-Step Process
We built our process to reduce uncertainty and help you make informed decisions. It is a legal and educational process, not a debt counseling or management program.
Step 1: Free Consultation & Case Evaluation
You share:
- What type of issue you’re facing,
- Key legal deadlines,
- Copies of any relevant documents.
We:
- Identify urgent legal timing issues,
- Provide a general overview of potential legal options,
- Explain whether additional paid legal review or representation makes sense.
Step 2: Document Review & Strategy Overview
If we proceed with paid services:
- We conduct a deeper legal review of your documents,
- Identify legal gaps, defenses, or risks,• Discuss your practical concerns (e.g., protecting income, avoiding certain outcomes).
We then provide a recommended legal strategy and general planning suggestions. We do not design an individualized debt management, payoff, or budgeting plan.
Step 3: Legal Action (If Retained)
Once you sign an engagement agreement:
- We draft and file legal documents within applicable timelines,
- Respond to court and opposing counsel as permitted by scope,
- Keep you updated on case status and court activity.
All of this is legal representation—not a creditor negotiation service or a plan to get you out of debt.
Step 4: Resolution & Next-Step Education
Depending on your case, resolution may involve court orders or other legal outcomes. Afterward, we:
- Explain your rights and obligations under any order or agreement,
- Flag important legal dates,
- Suggest general next-step considerations (such as monitoring reports or records).
We do not provide ongoing, outcome-based debt counseling or continued financial coaching tied to how your debts perform over time.

Q: Do you manage or resolve my debts, or negotiate with creditors for me?
No. We do not manage, consolidate, or resolve debts and we do not operate a creditor negotiation or settlement program. Our services are focused on your legal rights and court processes.
